Art Phil Meets Hello Kitty

Another birthday banner. This time for my darling Florida granddaughter who turns 9 in a couple of weeks. The  Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge banner and letters compliment the Hello Kitty cuts puurrrrfectly! I added some bling here and there because every girl needs a little sparkle on her birthday banner!

There are a few bows to add but she can do that when she receives her package later this week!
