This month's Tator Recipe AND Online Gathering:

 "BEACH BABY REDS"

We like to start with fresh Baby Red Potatoes that are pretty uniform in size.
Here in Minnesota we're starting to see these at the Farmers Market
and they are always extra delicious!

Really, this is not as much a recipe as it is an "add your own" flavors Tator Patch free-for-all!

1. Clean and cut your Baby Reds in half
2. Place them in a pan lined with aluminum foil (and one that's suitable for the grill)
3. Drizzle melted butter (you don't need a lot, I use 1/3 of a stick) over the cut potatoes.
**Olive Oils or Cooking Sprays work as well.
4. Bust out your favorite seasonings and sprinkle to taste. (Garlic blends are a favorite around here)
5. Get creative and throw on a little parsley, basil, parmesan cheese ....
6. Cover the pan with alum foil and place on the grill
7. Maintain med-low heat (300-350 degrees) for about 40 minutes or until your baby reds are tender.

A yummy side of tators for just about any meal!
Just season them to compliment your entree.
On this particular night, I stuck with our favorite garlic seasoning mix and
served them with Shish-ka-Bobs. Easy as can be!
