Thinking Outside the Box

Last week's challenge at Better Living really got me "thinking outside the box". Actually, that's the whole idea over there at http://www.betterscrap.com/  If you have a chance, check these gals out and play along this month. You'll be surprised at what they can inspire you to do!

For this layout, we were asked to use holiday-themed products to create a non-holiday project. The photo(s) had to be at least 5 years old, we used a number in the title, pop-dots, die-cut or handmade embellisments and acrylic stamping.

I came up with this layout using Easter themed items and created a page about a dear friend and neighbor from years ago. {Look how young and thin I was! ... and that's my natural hair color!}
